High School Girls Program
Bainbridge Water Polo Club offers a year-round program designed for high school girls (grades 9–12) that combines training, competition, and community. We provide practices, league play and tournament opportunities to support athletes at every stage—from beginners to those preparing for college-level competition. Our goal is to help players grow their skills, build strong team connections, and deepen their love for the game.
Fall Session – Emphasis on individual skill development, while complementing athletes participating in their high school swim season.
Winter Session – A shift toward team play, with the whole group training and competing together to strengthen cohesion and performance.
Spring Session – High school water polo season, focusing on sharpening individual skills and developing tactical awareness, and aiming to play in the State Championship game!
Summer Session – Training ramps up in preparation for Junior Olympics, emphasizing advanced skills, high-level strategies, and team dynamics.
Across all sessions, our program blends fundamentals, ball handling, conditioning, tactics, and fun. Athletes compete on 16U, 18U, or a combined 16U/18U team, ensuring the right level of challenge and growth.

Go to www.usawaterpolo.org to purchase your membership. The Bainbridge Water Polo Club # is 267. A “bronze athlete” membership is sufficient for the club’s requirement for local games. If you are on a traveling team, you can upgrade to a "silver or gold athlete" membership at a later date.
